Adaptive

Our adaptive curriculum allows students to accelerate academic growth, build critical life skills and approach learning with a sense of inspiration and accomplishment.

Students are invested in their own learning and understand how lessons apply to life outside the classroom. By working with success coaches to set goals and track progress, students are empowered to find their voice and inspire their passion.

Our learning experience approaches the sciences and analytics as fundamental 22nd century skills.

With partners providing the teaching, what role does the school play in the learning experience?

Together with students we design learning objectives and the experiences to achieve them. We curate a dynamic journey so students work collaboratively on projects ranging from robotics and coding to chemistry and math. Creative problem solving is a guiding principle.

How is science, technology and math integrated in the curriculum?

Mastery of critical, first principals and computational thinking, as well as the scientific process, is fundamental. Without training in the scientific process, logic and critical thinking, and a basis of science, mathematics and statistics, discourse and understanding are both made far more difficult.

What about social and emotional development?

Daily practices support team collaboration, leading through service, self-reflection and mindfulness, all based on the leading scientific research into brain function and social/emotional development.
